Information 4 Warranties

Exclusion

The warrant does not cover:

1) the damage during the delivery;

2) improper use of the. products.

3) Uwantlamps serial number label/ marking on the bulb (where applicable) is missing, altered, or defaced.

 

Projector Lamp Warranties

Unless there is another agreement arranged, all projector lamps are come with

90 days of warranties starting from the date of sending.

 

LED Lamp Warranties

Unless there is another agreement arranged, all LED products come with One year warrant or the factory’s warranty, whichever is longer, starting from the date of sending. You should check warranty coverage at the time of your purchase.

 

Returning

Unless specifically agreed to send back in writing between the seller and the buyer, the buyer can send back the lamps to us must with all packaging, components and accessories at the buyer’s cost, for repair or replacement with a product comparable in function and performance to the original part.

 

The replacement item will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
