Liabilities

Uwantlamps liability is limited, and shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages due to events such as fire, flood, acts-of-god, property damage, interruption of business, lost profits, lost data, or other special damages, howsoever caused.

 

Restocking Fee

For other reasons, you would like to cancel the order. A refund may be arranged only if agreed by the factory and if the bulb or lamp has not been used and returned in good condition with all the original packaging. There will be a restocking fee 25% of purchase price to cover the administrative cost.

 

No Refund Policy

As true for each sale, there is an administrative cost involved, such as logistic, labor, custom fee, tax, etc. Such a reasons behind make us difficult to refund. So, for each reported defective lamp during the warrant period, we will provide a replacement and reject a refund.
