Information 4 RMA Procedure

Unless there is another agreement arranged, the RMA procedure should be
processed as following:

 
1.    You should report defective lamp to us, stating the invoice number,
details of defects. 

2.    We will assign a RMA number to you, and advise if it is under the
warrant. 

3.    You should send back the defective item with all the original
packaging materials, and pencil the RMA number on the packaging box. Please
note that there should be sufficient protection on the shipping carton, and
insured.

4.    Once we received the defective items, we may repair or replace a product that are the same comparable in function and performance to the original part whilst fulfill the warranty terms.

 

5.   The replacement item will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
